Dalton Pharma Services received this honour after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®. The Best Workplaces for Women list is based on direct feedback from the employees of hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work® and the data has a 90% confidence level with a +/- 5% margin of error.

To be eligible, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year, have a minimum of 15 female employees, and have at least 90% of surveyed employees feel that their workplace is safe and people are treated fairly regardless of their gender.
